Our services are designed to assist users in creative writing and content generation for personal, educational, and commercial purposes within the terms specified herein.

2. Account Registration and Requirements

To use BookAI, you must:

• Be at least 13 years of age (or the minimum age in your jurisdiction)
• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account. We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these Terms or are inactive for extended periods.

3. In-App Purchases and Payment Terms

BookAI operates on a pay-per-use model with the following consumable products:

• Book Generation ($1.99): Generate a complete book with AI
• Book & Audio Bundle ($4.99): Generate book plus audiobook conversion
• Audio Conversion ($2.99): Convert existing books to audiobook format

Payment Terms:

• All purchases are processed through Apple's App Store payment system
• Consumable purchases are used immediately upon completion
• No refunds are available for completed consumable purchases per Apple's standard policy
• Prices may vary by region and are subject to applicable taxes
• We reserve the right to modify pricing with reasonable notice

Purchase Authorization:

By making a purchase, you authorize the charge and confirm you are authorized to use the payment method. Failed payments may result in service suspension.

4. User Content and Intellectual Property

Your Rights:

Service Availability:
